Support waiting time

How long do support take to reply to tickets, i sent one on the 2'nd and have had no reply. I bought Fences 2 but accidently input my email as hotmail instead of outlook (so use to useing hotmail!) but i do not own the email i input.

Look in your email 'spam' and 'junk mail' folders.

Also, Support generally gets to help requests within 48-72 hrs... depending on the load of help requests.

Don't answer the 'auto-reply'. Keep it as it bears your ticket number. Wait until hearing from a real person before responding.

There's a "Join chat" section on the left. That can access quicker help generally between 9 am and 5 pm EST, M-F.

I always check my junk/spam folder but nothing there, just have to wait i guess.
