Why can't I download anything?

Hi all,

I've just renewed my object desktop subscription a week ago. Installed Stardock Central and been trying to get a single download running ever since.

My Stardock Central is EMPTY, and so is the list of downloads on the site. It does list my subscription as active till nov. 26th 2013!

 

My support tickets remain unanswered, and so are my support mails. Apart from 'can you send a screenshot?' (which i did 5 days ago), no action from Stardock at all. Great!

 

Anyone here know something I can do?

You should be set now.

Everytime you replied to your ticketvasking for status it bumped it tonthe end of the queue. Sorry it took somlong to resolve.
