I am new and need help!!!!!

I am new to wincustom and so far i love everything about the software. I do not fully understand how to download the themes and basically everything. How come this site does not have a HELP section to understand how to use the different sections of this website? I would appreciate the time and effort. Email me at [email protected]. Well, your mileage may vary but for each Library category, at the top of the webpage is an about section that specifies liks to the specific application as well as a help link.

There currently is no overall help system in place, though there are some help pages and FAQs out there somewhere. I don't have any links for them though.
