The comment will be removed and the guy will be banned anytime soon. One problem less. There will always be weirdos that try. But not for long on this site

Carlitus....it's deleted.....[I missed it...was asleep...night time in Australia]...but if anyone has an offensive comment on one of their works just let me know....I will deal with it and/or the person who posted it....

Recent [last night] incidents on DeviantART have strengthened my 'resolve' over this issue, as there I was 'powerless' to control/respond to this attack on myself and must like-wise contact an admin. Unfortunately, their policy currently is NOT to eradicate all the 'damage' - the 'abuser's' page remains, as does the threads/comments...they are merely 'closed', not removed...

Like grafitti, abusive, obscene comments must be totally removed promptly or else they spawn or promote yet more abuse. It's an escalation into anarchy that will ultimately destroy a society and its values....

When someone says to me something out of control, i don't listen, because that person don't think correctly.

well, i didnt see the comment (it was already deleted when i got there), but if this is the sort of thing you have been subjected to then your initial intension of leaving suddenly makes a lot more sense.

cats are just weird...I have two. They turn one year old in a few weeks. Here are a few of their favorite things, and you tell me your perception of them:

- They love to smack at the water in the water dish, and then refuse to drink out of it until I put in fresh water

- They love chasing the red dot all around the house (laser pointer), and have no qualms about running each over to get it, or trying to scramble up walls and closed doors believing they can somehow defy gravity

- They like climbing into the shower after it has been used, but shake their paws off after every step and refuse to go near water while it is running

- They sit on the closed toilet-seat lid and watch me shave and brush my teeth in the mornings

chaising games are *FUN*. as for defying gravity, kittens are quite capable of scaling walls, curtains and tree's with their claws. and adult cats are often found sleeping on tall items. a standing jump of 4 feet isnt uncommon for an adult cat. gravity? its an optional extra

c) the shower is full of interesting smells. however, water makes your fur all clumpy, so of course they dont want to get all wet.

d) they are just keeping you company. also, by keeping an eye on you they can take imidiate advantage of any food you find, or any spontanious cat beds (you sitting down) and the opportunities for a fuss they present.

see, cats are quite sensible creatures. we have our moods, but then who doesnt?

What the heck is the Top Author listing on the right side for? It obviously isn't the total art/skin submissions from the person listed, because I saw it go from 840 yesterday for adni18 to 769 today. What the...?

Is this some vote thing for how cool people think the skinner is? I hope not...another discrimination factor aside from the rating scheme would be just friggin peachy...

It's the current daily total dl count for the skinner's works devided by 10....[frightening, isn't it?]...

off the top of my head, each user has the total number of downloads in the last n days (dont remember what n is) divided by 1,000

then the top 10 authors are produced by sorting this list.
