Help!

Purchased SoaSE:Reb yesterday via Steam (mistake I know, but it was cheap)

Trying to play this evening, but I am stuck an the Stardock Account Registration Wizard, which is a pain, since I already have a stardock account, am using said account to post to these forums even.

However when trying to "Register", NOTHING happens, just sits there. I have DL'ed the various other ZIP files here, provided by support with the legacy Activate and SDActivate, but I get nuttin. I can run those programs and they look different, but they are asking for a license code, that I dont have. I am sure I have one, but was not provided one from Steam. 

I tried, running the Dev exe, the regular exe and the SDActivate directly from the steamapps folder, both as admin, and as admin with Compat mode set to XPSP3, but no dice.

I am running Windows 7 64bit, and am running the latest drivers on my vid card, as this machine is less than 30 days old. Plus no disrespect, but vid drivers dont have a darn thing to do with program registration.

I emailed support, so if your advice is to email support, you're killin me.
