can't find Windowblinds in impulse/gamestop and SDcentral

from WinCustomize Forums

I haven't update my WB7 in a few month (i blame my memory for that :P ) and a few days ago when i run impulse and notice it's updated to gamestop app and my softwares including WB7, OD1 and 2, Cursor FX, and a few others that i can't remember are not in the list. I did some "googling" and found out about SDcentral but my softwares are also not in there. I emailed Stardock support and no reply for 3 days already. Anyone help?

Is your subscription active or not - you should be able to logon here and see all your subscriptions: 

https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount/products

If your subscription to Object Desktop has run out, don't uninstall anything until you renew, or you'll lose whichever apps you uninstall.

If your subscription is active, you'll have to uninstall everything to be able to update/install through sdc....

You transferred all your registrations to another account in 2010. Are you using that one when you log in to the web store?

@DrJBHL, i bought the softwares individually i didn't buy object desktop subscription.

 

@Zubaz im not sure about the transfer...now that you mention it. can you tell me which account name?
