Adding Taskbar in Metro

Hello
After a few days using Windows 8 I've come to realize that the Desktop has become useless.. it's empty, 0 icons
All my icons are in Metro because it's nicer and well organized (I don't need Fences anymore :p)
So is it possible to add the Desktop taskbar in Metro? (and therefor remove Metro hidden taskbar on the left)
Of course every opened applications (Metro and Desktop) will have to be on this taskbar
And the desktop button will have to show metro home page instead
