Why...?

Everytime I apply a new skin the StarMenu and sometimes the Taskbar never get skinned like in the screenshots of the skin. I tried to fix by going into the WindowBlind settings and advanced porpeties but no luck. Is this only an XP thing, or does it work with other Windows versions, I use ME...thanks in advanced.

You need to use ObjectBar

On any OS other than XP, you'll need ObjectBar to skin the StartMenu.
