windowBlinds on NT

Is there any chance i could put one of the windowBlind of this site (i have an account) on Windows NT ?
I can't do it, does one of the windowBlind work on NT? Or any other free site where i can find it?

You have to install the Windowblinds software to use the skins. They all should work with NT btw. You can download the software here: http://www.windowblinds.net
