Can this be done...if not....then...It would be great to be able to space icons within a Fence(and remember spacing), or add a separator like in Object Dock. Because I have some longer titles on folders etc, icons names get all bunched up and are hard to read.

I tried to move an Icon within a Fence and it snaps back to the last available position in the Fence, If I could space the icons, or ass separators, that would be great.

Hit the dropdown at top left of the fence, and uncheck "maintain sorting", under "sort fence by". Not sure it'll do what you ask, but it sounds reasonable.
