No support from Stardock!

I have E-mailed Stardock 5 times in the past 3 weeks and still they won't answer me. I know I'm mailing them right because I've E-mailed them about 8 or 9 months ago and got a respone. 3 weeks later, but a response. Maybe you can help. I would like to take a SS of my new Objectbar theme and all I'm getting is my wallpaper. All transparences are turned off, but still no luck. Can someone help. Thank you.

When I did a screenshot of an ObjectBar I just used "print screen" and it worked fine. How are you doing it?

I'm taking it with PSP. I'll try your method, But I'm wanting a good SS for upload not for the SSfolder. Thanks.

z71....just use 'Print Screen'....and open it in PSP.....that's all anyone ever really does.

If you need alternate states of various components, just take more than one shot and a bit of cut-and-paste and it's 'compiled'.....we do it this way all the time with Shell themes....

If you did not get an autoresponse from support, then your email was not received. (As we have mentioned a few times before here). There are also the newsgroups available for help.

Of course, taking screenshots is really not a Stardock support issue
