wba file

I have just downloaded WindowBlinds from www.download.com and have also downloaded a .wba file. How do I install the .wba file?

Open Display Properties. From the Appearance tab (XP) or Skins tab click the "add" button and go to the location for the .wba and click on it. It should now appear in the drop down list. Click on it and apply.

Or just double click to "run" it, or open from the web site - it should appear in the skin list after that.
