Order query

Hi,

I placed an order a while back - only 30-40 mins, so not 'a long while ago' :) - and was wondering whether it's been caught up somewhere? I understand the process to delivery can take a day and all that, but I've received no confirmation email, not even so much as a 'This is what you ordered'. Maybe I'm missing something but, with online ordering, I figured that much would be automated?

 

Furthermore, nothing has come off of my card either. When I've used the card to send money via paypal it shows up very fast. Should I have paid with paypal instead?

 

Anyway, please don't feel hassled ... as I'm just trying to verify that an order does exist *nothing listing in "My Account"* or whether I should try again :)

You should be set now.

You can access your registrations and download links by logging in with your Stardock account at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).
