Issue with purchasing subscription / no response from sales
My subscription expired the day I purchased it

On November 13, 2012 (This past Tuesday), I purchased a one year subscription for Object Desktop via the stardock.com site. I received a confirmation email of the purchase from [email protected]. That's when I noticed that the expiration date in the receipt was 11/13/12. So basically, that's a zero day subscription. In the My Accounts > My Downloads section, it has the same thing. Stardock Central cannot find the subscription.
I opened a ticket via your support system under the Billing and Sales section. The ticket # is WMS-224-36540 It remains unassigned as of this morning, and I have received no contact from Stardock.
Before I go an ask American Express to void the transaction, I figured I would ask for help via this channel. If anyone from Stardock is able to assist, it would be appreciated. I can PM you with the transaction ID and other details as needed.
