New Master WindowBlinds Skin: Tanger

LightStar has shared with us another fantastic Master WindowBlinds skin called Tanger.  Highlights of orange with a contrast of darker grays really made this an enjoyable skin to use, and I highly recommend it.  WinCustomize Subscribers get a 20% discount!
