Charged twice, no reply from Stardock Tech Support

I purchased Fences 2 recently and have been charged twice, once from my credit card and once from Paypal.  Have contacted Support several times over the past nearly 3 weeks and have NO reply in relation to this issue.

Had another tech. issue and it has been sorted, and this mail also included information regarding overcharge, so I know they have received my emails.

Has this happened anyone, how did you get sorted?

How did you get charged on both?

Did you place two orders?

No, I tried to purchase with a credit card and I got a message stating credit card declined and to contact my credit card provider.  I knew card was in order so I didn't bother contacting card company so instead I just placed an order using Paypal and that was sucessful, so I assumed all was in order.

 

However, almost immediately I got a call from the card company about suspicious activity on my card, they said that a number of transactions had been placed on my card.  I informed them that this should not be the case as Stardock had told me order was unsucessful and I asked them to return money but they said they could not, all they could do was prevent Stardock taking any additional funds.

 

Order was placed on 25 Oct 2012 and as yet Stardock have not replied to any of my queries.
