IE not holding current Design/Theme. HELP!!

Has anyone had a problem with IE not using or keeping the same theme as is applied through WindowBlinds? I am currently using Blackcomb, but when I launch IE it is using XPCobalt. I go into the Display Properties, and everything says Blackcomb.

Has anyone experienced this?

Do You have Webblinds installed, too using another skin ?

Any idea how that was enabled by default, or how I might have triggered that? I apologize for the ignorance. I just downloaded the suite tonight, so I'm still learning.
