WinCustomize Subscription Help

I logged into Wincustomize yesterday and noticed I had ads. I figured my sub had expired and when I checked, it was.

I thought that would be an easy fix by renewing the sub, so I did. Still had the ads. I cleared my cookies and gave it another shot but it didn't fix the problem. I decided to call it a night and I figured it couldn't hurt to give it some time.

Fast forward to today. Logged off the site, cleared my cookies on all browsers, logged back in, still have the ads. As you can see by the screenshot from my account, the sub is active.

Can someone in Support please fix this for me?

Thanks Doc. 

I've been a subscriber for so long that I didn't realize how annoying the ads really were until now.  ;)

I had ads earlier today. It seems to happen intermittently.

 

I didn't clear the cache or anything.

 

Just came back later and no ads.

Mike... there were some burps in the servers earlier today... not saying that was the deal, but who understands them server critters?
