Master theme Aquarium

I want my fishys

Disclaimer: I have never, ever bought Master items from the gallery. I have a couple of free fishys, a brown clown fish and a neon tetra, that I love dearly. They simply swim back and forth. After investigation it seems that the only really nice fish cost money. I'm on a fixed income and so I save up to get said fishes.

First I buy the fishys at: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/premium_themes/21/ They purchase just fine, I find fishes in my file list, etc. Upon attempt to install I discover that I didn't read the fine print. I must have the base Aquarium first. So I wait until I have the right money to buy: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/premium_themes/19/ and it gives me the message: Shopping cart is empty. Could someone tell the shopping cart that I really did click the Aquarium?

Now I'm wondering if I do get the shopping cart to believe me will I have to buy something else?

I just wanted a few more fishes. Not sand, not plants, not treasure chests. Just a choice of fishes to swim along with the others.

(sorry if this is the wrong place, I will move it if needed. just tell me which forum)

In the screenshot you are not logged in.  Please log in and you should see the aquarium in your cart.

Why in other things I get the working cart but this I don't. I'm logged in where the individual items is, press purchase, and I get the cart with stuff. Then I press how I want to pay and everything flies smoothly. This one doesn't pass the variable that says I am logged on. Really pain in the tail to sign on then go to purchase screen - what if I was just checking my cart?  Still say it isn't right but at least lit let me purchase something. I could document with screen shots but oh well.

I just purchased a product from Stardock. I signed/Logged in at WinCustomize, looked for the product I wanted to purchase. Selected the purchase radio button (green color). I was brought to another page that listed the price and a discount for having a WinCustomize active account. I clicked on the green (purchase) button and was presented with a New, Log In box. No problem, logged in and my purchase was complete. I was brought to a download screen that also included a receipt of my purchase. Point is, I had to log-in twice, no big deal...

Now I have Aquarium on my list. Click Download - file not found

Click Aquarium Fish Pack #3 which I downloaded last week - file not found

Click Control Center (Legacy), it offers to download just fine.

Click WindowFX 5 and it would work, WindowFX 5 Beta is file not found

Click Stardock Central and is would download

It's not a program that Startdock Central would install apparently none of the skins are.

Now what? And why only some are messed up by not others?

I got my aquarium to download. I used Internet Explorer, it worked fine. Now, why did Firefox work for downloads last week but not this week? Perhaps another of their famous updates? I didn't add or remove any plugins. Or was there any change on the server end?

Why ask why?

You might have set FF to update "silently"...

You forgot "Thanks for the fish."

Just getting back to that. The fish are nice. I only wanted three of them but the farkles are cool. Good design once I figured out that everything is in the tray. Took me forever to right click the little fish there to get options. I also installed one of the packages in the wrong place and tried to hack it to get it right when it had corrected itself when I moved it and all it needed was a restart. I do that sometimes. It always works but there was an easier way.

Anyway. Nice fishies. I now have the number I wanted and I can't wait to get my second monitor back so that they have a longer swim time. They make me dizzy sometimes. ;)
