Duplicate Purchase

I recently purchased subscription for my Object Desktop from an old account... I processed the payment and used Paypal to pay for the sub.. The account transaction did not complete and I then created a new account and merged them both as my old email was not in use and difficult to access.  Upon sorting the account and migrating the Subs I found the sub was still logged in the cart and re activated the purchase.. The result of this is I now have paid for object desktop twice (two subscriptions) on a single account and these have been paid to Stardock.  Can I get a refund for one of the subscriptions as I really only need one?  I have posted this in the support tickets and am awaiting a non automated reply!

We'll take a look and get it all straightened out.  We love money but would rather get it because you gave it with purpose.
