Skinning the Command Prompt

Is there anyway to get a skin to apply to the command prompt under Win2000? Dang it's annoying having a cool looking setup and then opening a command prompt and having it look like crap. I've tried through the WindowBlinds control panel several times but it never works. >

Unfortnately you can't. If you want a cool command prompt you'll have to use some 3rd party prompt window like econsole (for which I do not have the link).

No. You can use eConsole though. It is somewhat configurable like that (not skinned, but semi-transparent). You can find it here - http://www.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/~corion/econsole/

Just to clarify, eConsole will be skinned by WindowBlinds.

Damn sorry about that.. I'm dialed in on a slow connection right now and I ended up hitting submit a few times thinking my browser had died....

Thanks for the clarification, MikeB314. It's been a while since I used eConsole, so I didn't know that WB would skin it.
