BorgX windowblinds skin by Morpheusx. Why isn't it available on Wincustomize?

It simply blows me away that one of the most skillfully and beautifully devised skins hasn't been uploaded to Wincustomize or the DeviantArt. It's the BorxX skin by MorpheusX (located at http://joeblade.com/litestep/morpheusx/main.html.
I've used it for almost a year, yet have never heard one comment about it. I think it must be that people aren't aware of it. Please, please, check it out. It's fantastic (no hype here).

well, i guess it´s not here because MorpheusX never uploaded it. DeviantArt probably didn´t exist when the skin was done.

nobody knows what happened to MorpheusX. it´s one of the biggest unsolved mysteries of the LiteStep scene.

I emailed MorpheusX about a year ago, to compliment him on the BorgX skin. Never received a reply or acknowledgement. I'm thinking he may have gone to the 'other side'. If so, this skin in particular is a fine legacy of his capabilities in skinning. I think it ranks with Thredz. I wish someone would devise skins for other apps by using it as a model. Any takers?

Well, souldier, no one can honestly port it to another app without the permission of MorpheusX. If he's unreachable there's nothing anyone can do.

Dangeruss did a small suite of it, although it's never been released. Not sure, but the screenshot may still be on his site.

Yep, as moshi says, it's been a LS mystery....anyone who's been around skinning and LS for a 'while' will know that skin....and Dangeruss had a HD theme [I think] but couldn't contact Morph for permission, so we just had to salivate over the screenie....[I still have it somewhere]....

yep, it's a great screenshot. russ tweaked the borg look and improved it even further, but all was lost in a drive crash, and morpheusx is 'sleeping.'

that's a greek mythology pun, by the way.. hehe

Wow! Misery=Mercury, don't I wish!

I haven't been able to get in touch with MorpheusX either, it's been almost 3 years since my last contact with him. He must have gone walk-about!

Ceeslans did a very nifty scripted and felxible (what else could you expect from him ) LiteStep theme, that comes as one of the default themes with the LSDistro distribution.

btw: the graphics Russ uses in his HoverDesk theme are pretty much all by MorpheusX (just to give credit where it is due)

Ceeslans also sent me a matching EzPop (old version) (by MorpheusX) and QuickNotes (by Russ) skin a while ago.
