XP updated Square skin for WB?

The square skin for pre-xp windowblinds is one of the most awesome skins ever (my personal favorite). Is there any chance of anybody doing an XP update of this one? I would, but I don't know jack about making skins.

who made the skin originally??? some one say could do it... if say they had his permission... or maybe he would do it...

square hasn't made skins in a long time. he planned another, and the mock-up looked very cool, but it never happened.

It is certainly one of the truly classic WB skins. I still use it quite often.
