Window blinds - sometimes on restart it will not load + dream (overtime will not show, have to restart to show again)

Hi everyone, 

Hope there is a solution, using windows xp SP3.

Windowblinds is working correctly, skins can be installed. However, sometimes if I restart the computer Windowblinds would sometime not load correctly (reverts back to the default windows scheme). Icon packager, cursor fx and dream loads ok upon restart. If I open window blinds and apply the skin again, it will not show. But restarting after re-loading WB skin will show it again.

Also overtime when on computer, dream sometimes ends up not showing. What shows is the windows that has been previously opened (even though it has been minimized) is it a memory issue?
