whistler skin for windows XP (windowblinds)?

Can't find one on WC that fully supports XP, does anybody know if there is a skin that is usefull on XP, I mean one that skins the start menu and other "XP only" stuff.
Or could I possibly convince someone to make one, I have tried it myself but the result was less than... good

Virtually all recent skins here support the XP start bar.

I know that almost all new skins support tha XP start bar, but what I'm looking for is a whistler skin, the look of XP before it got changed to the luna UI,sometimes called watercolor like the version that is "bundled" with WB

Although Blackcomb is pretty close it isn't exactly what I want
to it, I wanted the look of whistler, the colors and such, but as it seems blackcomb is the closest that I can come to it, so ju got to use that then.
