Icons in XP

I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the icons of things such as the Run icon in the start menu? I've got IconXP etc etc and I can change things like My Computer, My Documents, even My Pictures and My Music (things that IconXP says can't be changed but I ended up using MagicTweak). Even searching through the regsitry for the shell32.dll number entry (it's something like %systemroot\system32\shell32.dll,32) designated to the Run icon brings up no results. Does anyone know how to change things like...

Connect To..., Outlook Icon at the top left (I've tried various tweak tips from tweakxp.com but nothing happened), and also the common task icons such as "Rename this File".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was a bit reluctant of installing IP cos of bad past experiences. However, I put it on this time, put the custom icons in, then uninstalled it hehe. Worked a treat.

I did have a subscription to OD but it ran out about 2 - 3 months ago.
