activating multiplicity 2.0 build 00028

after reinstalling windows i installed multiplicity 2.0 build 00028 but i have no way to activate it ?

i have a upgrade tab, on the upgrade page thre is a button ( upgrade today ) so when i click on it I go to the stardock site end end up on a page ( purchese )

when i check for eligibility i get the msg ( you already own multiplicity )

i downloaded the setup from my stardock acount page so it schould be the full version.

i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few time's but nothing helps.

after install the program runs in free mode and there is no button or option so i can activate it with my serial.

so why can't i cativate ?
