How come some UIS1 skins appear distorted with WB 3.3? Are these no longer supported?

The frames appear as irregular scratches. Among several, Rhapsody 98 (which I downloaded from this site) is an example. The basic versions of Luna, MacPC, and Watercolor seem to work fine.

In that case I'm sure it's an issue with the skin itself and not with UIS1 and WB 3.3.

There are some really old UIS1 skins that need to be taken off the site that aren't compatibile with any version of WindowBlinds beyond 1.0.

what is the difference between UIS1 and UIS2? Oh goodness I have so much studing to do with this skinning stuff.
