OK then. How come Scroll Bar doesn't change after I using Win blind (I have a Dream Version?)

It changed Internet Explorer's Scroll bar, but I want to change
other scroll Bar.
Like, My document's scroll Bar..

It does for me, are you using the registered version of WB or the shareware version?

The trial version doesn't skin the scroll bars. Maybe you have the nightmare version?
