[BUG] Improved Destabilization nixes VL tech

The VL have a technology that is supposed to make them immune to the effects of jumping out of a gravity well that has an enemy SB...seems though that if the TEC research improved destabilization, the VL are affected by SBs even if they have the tech....

I would assume this was not intended....and if it was, it should be fixed...VL are not OP anymore (other than maybe maw) and there's no need to ruin their mobility against 1/3 of the factions...

Bit unrelated, but because this is about VL related bugs -> yesterday i played a game, where i researched the tech, which gives the credit income to the capships, the description says 2.0... bur after that, when i went over that credit number with the mouse and it lists all the planets, tradeports, capships and upkeep, it would say 3,5 credits for a capship (or 7, when i had 2 of them). Not sure if this is bug, or am i missing something.

End of Timmaigh's quote

Capital Ships income is affected by game speed, so that may be the case.

Check the exact description of both techs....

It does still help against improved destabilisation... just not as good as against normal destabilations.

Generaly.... while not being hugely op anymore... the Vasari are still by far the most powerful faction in game. On the other hand... TEC Loyalists are quite up..... and so unless it is a bug... which I doubt... it should stay that way.
