Everytime windows starts, my start menu settings are reset

Im running windowblinds, and i have a skin on, and windowblinds in start up. usually i like my start menu 2 rows high, but every time windows starts up its reset to 1 row, and all the toolbars are messed up. does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

This actually has nothing to do with WB. It is all in how MS handles the taskbar/startmenu in XP. It will do the same thing without WB running. If you switch between classic mode to the "new" XP mode. It is also explained in detail on the Stardock newsgroups if you would like to venture in there.
