SkinBrowser update (no reply)

I submitted my email address at stardock support 3 times today and emailed them 1 time and still no responce. My skinbrowser says it has expired (very confused I thought the subscription would last a year) anyway what should I do next?

Use the form at www.stardock.com/support to be sent the link to the 0.98 version that does not expire until August. Until it hits the 1.0 release, there are almost always killdates in our code.

Thanks Nakor but like I said I used the form at stardock support and did't get any reply. I know I'm using the right email I only have one.

Some ISPs for some unknown reason have the stardock domain in their spam filter lists. Perhaps the messages are going out from stardock but are being deleted by your ISP. just a thought.

There are a lot of ISPs that have blocked us (we are working on switching our mailserver to a different one on a different ISP to resolve some of the issues).

If you do not get a response from the lookup at www.stardock.com/support you are probably being blocked.

If you email [email protected] and do not get a response within 2 working days (especially if you did not receive the canned reply) you are most likely being blocked.

Unfortunately, the ISPs that are blocking us typically are not sending us a returned mail, so we have no idea that the customer did not get a response.

If you do not get a response, please email the same message over again to [email protected] and put in the subject "I think I am being Blocked" this will then prompt us to send you a reply via Hotmail, which, even though they send more Spam then all the other ISPs combined, is Microsoft and therefore is not blocked (unless you have hotmail and are blocking all other hotmail address....but that's just another problem to deal with....)
