need help on scroll bar

i jus wanted my scroll bar to look like wat i downloaded in windowsblind, i mean as it wat it is...i still have the normal scroll bar color (standard windows scrolbar)

If it's occuring in every window, then you have the trial version of Windowblinds, and will need to purchase the full version to have skinned scrollbars.
If it only happens in Internet Explorer, then this is by defualt. Windowblinds can only skin IE scrollbars in XP.
