windowblinds trouble

okay, i wanted to change the theme of my desktop so i went into windowblinds and downloaded the program needed. i got a windowblind and all and it works great, but everytime i reboot my computer i have to change the appearance again. i have it checked so it says always to use it, but it doesnt. anyone know why?

no, i would but i dont have a credit card or a way to pay for it....man it sucks to not have a credit card
