Customising Windows Explorer toolbar buttons

I am using windowblinds with windows XP. Why is it i cannot replace the toolbar icons in windows explorer so they are the same as those in internet explorer using web blinds

Has anyone got any idea how i can skin windows media player in full screen mode or apply shadows using window FX

Weblinds will not skin the explorer buttons. You would need something like Themebar.
