skin browser doesn't work

I don't know if this is the place to be talking about this... but I can't get my skin browser to work... ever since I upgraded to the new one... it worked once then after I closed it everytime I try to open it I get an illegal operation and it closes... I've tried reinstalling it... and everytime I do it works once... it will never work a second time... has anyone else had this problem??? is there a place where I can download the old skin browser??? or is there a new one coming out??? help please

I had a similar problem recently. I was using the DesktopX reduced desktop feature and SkinBrowser would crash every time I launched it. It apparently was trying to position itself outside the defined desktop on startup. To correct the problem I disabled the reduced desktop, launched SkinVrowser (which did not crash), positioned the SkinBrowser window so that it would fit into the reduced desktop area, closed SkinBrowser, reenabled the reduced desktop and relaunched SkinBrowser. I have had no problems since.

that's interesting... because I changed my screen size from 1200x whatever to 1024x768... hmmm... but I installed the .98 version... and the problem is gone now... thanks though....
