WindowsBlinds Windows Explorer windows to look like Windows Fences

I'm sure there's probably no easy way to do this. I just saw Stardock Fences. I really like the way fences looks. It would be great if there was a way to keep my existing skin frame/titlebar (which is grey/glassy); and, have everything else inside the Explorer window to look like Fences.

Is there a skin that already has the Explorer window as close as possible to Fences?

Look for some of the more glassy or plastic themes. There are some that are similar. I don't think that anyone has actually developed a blind that looks just like Fences, though.
