Nope. You're not missing something. The scrollbars in Ineternet Explorer are not really standard scrollbars like they are in notepad or other apps. They are custom window items that IE displays to mimic scrollbars. Unfortunately WindowBlinds has no way of accessing them and therefore cannot skin them.

They can on XP.

They change w/ Win2K here. Everytime I change a skin, I open IE to the blank home page and more often than not, the scroll bars are different. Not a lot different, but they have been changed.

Basically, IE scrollbars can only be skinned by WindowBlinds on Windows 2000 and XP. DesktopX cannot help you there.

Werewolf and Mike,

IE Scrollbars change with WB on Win2K? I haven't seen this. Or do you mean they change based on a per webpage basis under the control fo the webpage (usually just different colors)?

Not on W2k. I'm running IE6. Oh well. I'd really like to upgrade my computers to WinXP Pro, but I can't justify the cost right now.

I'm using Win2K and IE6. I do see a change in scroll bars. They don't look like the explorer scroll bars, but there is a difference.

Chris... It's not because of a .css or anything. My initial home page is the "Blank Page", so I check the bars by just opening IE to that.

Hmm. Weird. I'm not seeing it. I feel left out of the elite Skinned-IE-Scrollbar Club :/

My mistake. They are only skinned by WB on Windows XP.
