key shortcuts

ok, i'm exposing both my ignorance and laziness here..

is there a way i can change the alt-f4 shortcut for closing windows to something else?

You can try this utility - Creative Elements Power Tools: http://www.creativelement.com/powertools/

It will let you configure hotkeys to anything you want. The settings you input should over-ride the system settings. It does a lot of other useful stuff too...
