Empty folder in window blinds?

Lately, after I download a new skin in WindowBlinds all I get is a Empty Folder with the name of the skin in my WindowBlinds directory.

I need help please!

I have had a similar problem. I believe it could be related to ObjectZip. If you have a timed out version of ODZip that could be causing it.

I don't have ObjectZip and i had the same problem. i sometimes get an empty folder when i download a WindowBlind skin updated for XP, so what i do is delete the skin i'm updating out of the WindowBlinds folder and then download the updated skin. Then no more empty folder

WindowBlinds does not use ObjectZip or any part of it. It has it's one unzip routines built in. I think I saw somewhere though that Neil is aware of the problem. I don't know when it will be fixed.

If it keeps happening you can just change the extension on the skin file to .zip and unzip it to a folder in the Windowblinds directory. Make sure the folder is the same name as the UIS file.
