Can't built Vasari Starbase (no "deploy starbase" option anymore)

It seems the option to built a Vasari starbase with the Jarun Migrator has disappeared, it can only colonize.

I get the same when I start a new game.

 

Does anyone know if u need special research or something to built it after the last patch?

You always needed to research Starbase Deloyment in the Fortification Tree

Thanks! I was looking for that techt earlier but could not fiind it! Now I see I need the tech "Remote Assemblations" to be able to built starbases :) Bit stupid I didn't see it earlier!
