[Bug] [0.98] Quick faction trait doesn't add initaitve.
Playing a custom game ATM and picked the "Quick": - All units start with +3 initiative. - But my trained units does not receive this boon.

I found Lucky to be ineffective as well.
Its far from...
25% bonus to dodge and accuracy... works on heroes too, having the Krax fortify ability this is a beast.

My units did not appear to receive any bonus, will test again.
I know that Lucky works on my heroes, and enemy heroes and juggernauts. Don't ask me how Warlord Verga got "Lucky", but I've faced him in a game on Insane, where his units had the bonus.
Enemy sovereigns seem to grab all kinds of traits they shouldn't have...
