Changing colours widgets Desktop 4

Just looking a way to change colours for my widgets it was so easy in 3 u just use a slider great , but now there is a just a box for hue bightness and contrast have tried to input numbers letters nothing happening with it contrast works ok but colours it has {1-255} so how can i change the colour it so much easier in 3 could i just change it back ? . Thanks

Well, if it's a widget that is finished, just right click it, or it's systray icon, if it has one, mine do, and properties. Slider is there.

If it's an object (widget inside a desktop theme) it won't have that.

All exported widgets and gadgets have this slider.
