Eros 7 Purchase

I thought i would move this problem from the skin download page to here

Just purchased EROS 7 from vStyler and got a dead download link...which is odd because i purchase a lot from WC and never have no problem

any help please..thanks     (WinCustomize Error 404 Not Found)

its been almost 10 hours and multiple users are reporting the same thing!! don't mean to be pushy but when you decide to make a purchase you look forward to using it right away...

Hi Ed,

If you haven't done so already you should email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket. This appears to be a server error and unfortunately the people that can check into this are off until tomorrow morning.

Also, you should post these kind of issues on the Support forums as they are monitored by Stardock support.

I can move this post to the Support forum section if you wish and I will try and make someone aware early tomorrow morning of this situation.
