Windows Blinds Doesn't Load Desktop Background

OK, what am I doing wrong? I'm trying to use Layne Karkuff's fantastic skins, but Windows Blinds isn't applying the desktop background. Worse, when I download the skins, I'm not given the option to put the files where I like, nor am I told where the files are going, so I have no idea where to look and can't apply the background manually.

Anyone have any hints for this WB newbie?

Skins are installed in your WindowBlinds directory in Program Files. You will find a folder in there for each skin. There is also a checkbox in your WindowBlinds settings labeled "Apply wallpaper included with skin" or something. However, keep in mind that authors do not always include wallpaper in the skin.
