winblind help

When I download a new skin How do I get it to work. When I try to add it nothing happens. I only have the free version of winblinds is this why I can't add any skins?

Uncommon, it should let you add skins. The free version doesn't start up automatically when you reboot. (I don't know if that's your problem.

I previously explained to someone how to install a skin. It may help you.
