I found it at skinnables. Like other skinning sites they have a list of apps. Some apps are orphaned and hosted by sites such as skinnables. Ususally I start at one site, poke around then try another.

Here's some skinning app websites to check out if you aren't aware of them. Alot the people that hang out here can also be found at alot of these other sites.
