Zoomer Requests

I have a few requests for some zoomers that I cant seem to find anywhere. If any creators are broed and could spare the time please would you upload some of them?

Nero Burning Rom
Msn Messenger
Medal Of Honor Allied Assault
Jedi Knight 2
Soldier Of Fortune 2
GTA3
Command and Conquer Renegade
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Direct Connect
CloneCd

Thanks,I am sure half of those will not be made but it would be cool if they were

Most skinners work to create skins for themselves, and generally try to make time, by fitting it around other things, like their job and family life. It's generally ok if you make a very(Extrememly) polite request for a skin you'd like to see(Sometimes someone will be willing to assist), but requesting a big list of skins is fairly bad form.
Best course of action is to learn to skin Zoomer for yourself. The bonus being the satisfaction you feel when you make your first skin.
Also, I'm afraid those games are all copyrighted, so none of the skins could be uploaded to anywhere anyway.

Here's something that might help you dive in and try to make them...

Hey again,I have made a simple Nero and Msn Messenger zoomer,I used psp7,and I would like to know how to get rid of the coloured block around the zoomer so that it is transparent,at the moment it is black for the msn one. Can any one help?

No Frag, iconz and Desktop X zommer icons are OK, no need to worry about copyright since they are used legitimately (an MSN icon or zoomer links to the actual MSN program, etc.).
I think Hippy though you wanted whole sets of skins for a program called Zoomer.

Frag, there are a few ways to do transparency in DX. The easiest is probably to use the magic pink for the transparent colour. Another way would be to save your bitmaps as transparent PNGs.

My images are saved as PNGs - in psp7 they have a transparent back ground but when placed on the desktop they have coloured backgrounds Are you saying that if i set the back ground as magic pink it will turn transparent on the desktop?

I mean zoomers as icons/shortcuts,not a set of them for skins,I am just customising my desktop and would like zoomers for all my usual programs instead of bogstandard microsoft icons.

I was having the same problem saving files as png's in psp7 .. however.. when making the same file in Photoshop 6 and saving as a png the problem went away.. I think it may be a problem with psp7 as I have replicated this problem several times but with no problems with photoshop. Also, try in psp7 to save with the "magic pink" as the background as opposed to the transparent checker stuff... magic pink is html code #FF00FF .. hope this helps..

hey yeah that did,yay transparent! Wahoo! Will have to try create smooth sharp crisp images like everyone else has. Whats the average size for an icon zoomer? I am suing 10x10 per frame at the moment thought it seems a tad bit big.

In PSP, when saving as .png, run the optimizer, click the 'transparency' tab, choose, alpha channel transparency and choose 'existing channel or layer transparency' I've never had a problem when saved that way.
