object dock issue

I have no idea how to use the program. the only thing i picked up was from experimenting.
is there a instruction manual or a quick start folder somewhere

Post your "How do I" questions here and they will be answered. There are to many answers to your current question. Basically ObjectDock allows you to clean off your desktop of all your icon clutter and put them all in neat little tabs to access your programs, games, apps, pretty whatever you want to access and then some.

I started out with ObjectDock also, but let me warn you, both skinning your computer and downloading from WinCustomize are highly addictive.
