Merge Stardock/Wincustomize accounts

As we have previously mentioned we are in the process of tieing your WinCustomize accounts to your Stardock accounts.

Possibly. I added another flag that did not get set in some of the original versions. If you don't do it again the worst that could happen is that at some point you may be asked to do it again.

Maybe that was not clear, I get above message when I try to open the confirmation-link received via e-mail.

if you get the URL is no longer valid error chances are you have submitted twice. The second submission overwrites the first one which invalidated the original URL.

When I do the link, it shows my shaw account as a level 4 user. Fine so far. When I accessed the download for SB .97, Stardock shows my shaw account as invalid but accepted my sait account.

I sent shaw as the correct account through Component manager but as it already showed that I suspect it will make no difference.

Did that make any sense?

Again, I guess using the word 'merge' was not the best choice as the merge/cross reference is only uni-directional. Meaning that WinCustomize recongizes your Stardock account. Not the other way around.

They will only get merged when you merge them. We have no way of knowing what accounts are supposed to be with what. It will be up to the users to use the Merge account feature.

I've done the merge accounts thing 3 times now and have yet to receive the email to confirm it.
